How do we reposition a community clinic not only as accessible, but also high quality?

Opportunity

Faced with an aging brand image, confusion with the local health department and extreme lack of awareness in the area despite operating for over 25 years, Escambia Community Clinics decided it was time to design a new image that positioned them for who they really were and showed their audience that they could, in fact, afford quality healthcare. Set to build a new $9 million health center over the next year, it was the perfect time to give the organization a fresh look that matched the quality of care provided by their team.

Approach

Escambia Community Clinics decided it was important for them to engage all 200 employees in a facilitated dialogue session—the largest single organization, same-day dialogue session that idgroup had ever conducted. A full rebrand followed, complete with a new logo, visual identity assets, website, brand video, brand and media strategy, and more. The brand launch coincided perfectly with Community Health’s grand opening of their new main health center, boosting awareness for the organization and shedding new light on its variety of top-notch healthcare services
