Selected team members will participate in an apprenticeship-based education program that will prepare them to deliver the idgroup proprietary strategic planning processes.
The Research and Strategy team works collaboratively to conduct the research needed to deliver Integral Strategic Plans or Branding from the Core Strategic Plans. Upon approval of the strategic plan, this team moves into an advisory role working with the idgroup Branding and Marketing Communications team and/or the client internal team through the execution stage of the planning process.
The Research and Strategy team is the entry point to idgroup. The team’s mission is to support the growth in the sales and reputation of the company by delivering excellent research-based solutions to client challenges. As the engine for attracting new clients to idgroup, this team works collaboratively with the business development to support idgroup brand awareness and sales.
Experience: 10+ years of experience with a track record of excellence working in the education or business sectors.
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree and commensurate experience in BusinessManagement, Psychology, Communications, or Education
Expertise or certifications in one or more of the following areas: Organization Development and Change Management, Organizational Behavior, General Business Management, IntegratedCommunications, Research Methods, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Organization Change,Leadership Coaching, Teaching or Facilitation.
