Lindsey’s strong organizational and leadership skills have helped her run the ship at idgroup for over a decade, touching nearly every facet of the business from finances to account management. Lindsey has a soft spot for animals and the underdogs of the world, leading her to create Brand on Us™, which today has grown to impact nearly a dozen organizations in the community. She is Auburn University’s biggest fan, and believes in being open to whatever life offers you.
If Lindsey were a color she’d be: Pure Red; powerful, passionate, strong and exciting.
As idgroup’s resident expert on all things creative and design, Somi has built a reputation for creating one-of-a-kind work that tells a story. As a result of her laser focus and deep dedication to her work, she has received several American Advertising Federation Pensacola Best of Show Addy Awards, among others. She is a co-artist for the “Wish You Were Here” Pensacola Community Mural in downtown Pensacola. Somi is trilingual (Korean, English and Spanish) and enjoys golfing and trying new foods.
If Somi were a color she’d be: Canvas white; clean and straightforward, symbolizing potential and serving as a reminder that everything starts somewhere.
Grounded in blue-collar roots and Midwestern values, Mark has always believed in letting his work do the talking, working in both creative design and content over his long and storied career. He enjoys being in the ever-changing branding industry where problem solving and creativity rules, and where real value is created for clients. As a descendant of farmers, Mark enjoys working with his hands in his spare time, finding catharsis in home renovation projects and good old-fashioned yard work. He has also authored a children’s book in honor of his first grandson which he hopes to have illustrated and published one day.
If Mark were a color he’d be: Sky Blue; exudes a sense of calm and optimism, and symbolizes the 30,000-foot view of the world that he has.
Erin began her career in social media marketing, making her way to idgroup after traveling the country for five years with her travel-nurse husband. At idgroup, she helps clients from a multitude of industries gather both internal and external data that helps shape and perfect customer and employee experiences. As a Pensacola native, she loves all things outdoors and water related. In her spare time you can find her on a paddle board or boat with her family, which includes her adventurous and active toddler, Will.
If Erin were a color she’d be: Turquoise; embraces the wonder, vibrancy and hope of nature, both land and sea.
Prior to joining the idgroup team, Brittany spent many years at Northrop Grumman in Business Development and Open Innovation. As part of a military family with a military background herself, Brittany lived in Japan with her husband and toddler daughter where she ran her own marketing business, growing and supporting close to 20 clients with digital marketing efforts. She is fluent in Japanese and loves exploring the cuisine and culture of different countries. Brittany believes in “blooming where you’re planted,” establishing roots wherever life takes her.
If Brittany were a color she’d be: Emerald Green; inventive, logical, calm and a representation and reminder of nature and Hawai’i, where she was raised.
Since 2015, Mariah has worked with idgroup wearing various hats from research analyst on the Branding from the Core® team, to account management to expert services. With a background in PR and marketing, Mariah loves helping organizations of all sizes define their identities and build relationships with their stakeholders through authentic communications. She is on the Board of Directors for Gulf Coast Kid’s House (the 2020 Brand on Us™ Recipient) and takes every moment she can to spend time in the sunshine with her young son and husband.
If Mariah were a color she’d be: Sunset Orange; relaxed, but fiery and intense at the right moments.
Mallory is a jack of all trades, her background experience covering a wide range of areas including strategic planning, branding, graphic design, event planning, interior design and more. She previously had an eight-year career with a multi-billion dollar real estate development vertical, managing various brands for 16 subsidiaries. Mallory enjoys world travel (the Netherlands has been her favorite thus far) and has been on the American Advertising Federation Mobile Bay Board since 2019.
If Mallory were a color she’d be: Lavender; creative, calming and symbolic of new beginnings.
After working in the public relations field for many years, Danielle switched gears, now enjoying her role as business manager at idgroup. Danielle has been the recipient of an FPRA Judges Award and Image Award, and was an InWeekly Rising Star in 2018. As a self-proclaimed “military brat,” she has lived in many different places, but now enjoys her home in Pensacola with her husband and young son. She loves to work out and travel to the mountains for a hiking trip whenever possible.
If Danielle were a color she’d be: Woodland Green; motivating, optimistic, reliable and steady.
Primarily working for small teams, Rebecca has held a variety of roles in the sales and marketing field over her career, wearing many hats and contributing in various ways. Today, she corrals the team at idgroup, keeping everyone organized and on schedule. Rebecca has lived on three continents, speaks French, and enjoys cheering on her kids’ sports teams and baking in her spare time.

Born and raised in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Jack is a lover of all things surf and sun. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive Marketing from UWF and is currently pursuing an MBA with an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He is Content Marketing Certified from Hubspot and Social Marketing Certified from Hootsuite. During his internship at idgroup in 2022, he also achieved the full array of Google Ads Certifications. Jack loves videography—you can often find him interviewing clients at idgroup events in order to share their perspectives. He believes in looking at the brighter side of life, and treating others how he wants to be treated.
If Jack were a color he’d be: Gulf Coast Aquamarine; like the waters of the Gulf Coast; positive and calm, yet exciting and fast-paced.
Jim officially joined idgroup in 2022 after many years of working closely with the team to help develop large-scale strategic plans to take business to the next level. Now, he consults with clients to support the Research & Dialogue, Strategy, and Translation phases of the strategic planning process. Jim holds an MBA from the University of West Florida, and has spent most of his career helping successful entrepreneurs navigate change as they launch new initiatives. Jim is involved with many local organizations and nonprofits, including being President of the Board for Pensacola Community Action Network and volunteering with Pensacola Children's Business Fair and the Entrepreneurial Support Ecosystem, among others. Jim and his wife love living in Northwest Florida, where they enjoy mountain biking and racquetball.
